Anti-quota protests: Dhaka College students block Science Lab intersection

Students of Dhaka College have blocked the Science Lab intersection in the capital to stage a protest against the reinstatement of the quota system in government jobs.

They blocked the intersection around 1:45 pm on Sunday, causing a disruption in vehicular movement on the nearby roads.

Local news portals said the protesters were chanting various slogans, raising demand for cancellation of the High Court order that restored the quota system.
