The Chamber Court has scheduled a hearing next Sunday (July 1) for the leave-to-appeal petition against the High Court's decision declaring the cancellation of quota provisions for first and second-grade government jobs invalid.
Justice M Enayetur Rahim of the Special Chamber Judge accepted the petition for hearing this evening.
A full bench of the Appellate Division will hear the matter on that day.
