The government has decided to provide special legal assistance to the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinees, who were arrested during quota reform protests, for securing bails.
The home ministry has advised the submission of examination admit cards and relevant documents of examinations during bail applications.
Meanwhile, the education ministry has appointed a lawyer for providing legal aid and sought information on arrested examinees.
The ministry’s public relations officer M A Khayer said information on arrested HSC examinees can be sent to [email protected] in this regard.
