Bangladesh Railway (BR) has launched a dedicated call centre to enhance passenger service and support from Tuesday.
From now on, any service seeker will be able to call by dialing 131 from any phone number to get information, services, and assistance related to railway operations, said a media release signed by Mohammad Nahid Hasan Khan, director (Public Relations) of the BR, reports UNB.
The introduction of this call centre is aimed at providing more efficient and accessible support to the public. The Railway Authority encourages users to provide valuable feedback and suggestions to help refine and improve the service.
