Dhaka city on Sunday night experiened thunderstorms accompanied by hail.
The thunderstorms along with hail started around 10:30pm, following strong winds from around 9pm.
As a result, commuters were stuck on the roads.
The Bangladesh Meteorological Department, in its 24-hour forecast on Saturday morning, had predicted that various parts of the country may experience storms and rainfall for six days, starting on Monday.
