The European Union (EU) has welcomed the new interim government of Bangladesh.
They assured to work together with Bangladesh to restore a fair democratic environment and enhance cooperation.
Josep Borrell, foreign policy chief of the European Union, said “The EU is keen to work with the new administration in Bangladesh.”
He assured to help the complex task of democratic transfer of power and the EU also expressed hope this process would be peaceful and participatory.
