The National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital in the capital resumed on Saturday full operations including outpatient services after 18-day closure following a clash and subsequent staff protests.
Visiting the hospital, the FE correspondent found doctors, nurses, and staff members joining duty for the patients.
They were providing services with dedication and sincerity.
The relatives of the patients were also present at the facility.
"We have been here (hospital) since morning. Patients are coming in, and we're providing treatment to everyone. Those who need it are also being admitted," said a doctor who preferred not to be named.
Earlier the hospital had suspended its operations following an untoward incident on May 28.
The emergency department reopened on June 4, followed by the outpatient department last Thursday after several rounds of negotiation.
