Four more bodies at Kuwait Maitree Hospital; nationwide death toll now stands at 10

Four more people have been killed in clashes related to the quota reform movement. The bodies of the four were found at the Kuwait Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital in Uttara, Dhaka.

Hospital director Mizanur Rahman said that two of the deceased were students. Details about the other two are not yet known.

Earlier, two people were killed in clashes between police and protesters in Uttara. One of them died before being taken to Uttara Adhunik Medical College Hospital, and the other died at Uttara Crescent Hospital. Doctors from both hospitals confirmed the deaths.

In total, six deaths have been confirmed in Uttara from hospital sources. Additionally, news of the deaths of a student from Dhaka Residential Model College, a pedestrian in Rampura, a student in Savar, and another student in Madaripur has been reported.

Today's total death toll from the clashes has now reached 10.

Clashes between protesters and police and RAB began in Uttara on Thursday after 11:00 am.
