President of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ), Ruhul Amin Gazi, passed away at 9:00pm on Tuesday at a city hospital.
Ruhul Amin Gazi was a former president of Sammilita Peshajibi Forum and held key positions of DUJ and BFUJ on a number of occasions.
He had been suffering from kidney complications for a long time and was scheduled to go to Bangkok for treatment. However, his condition deteriorated before he could make the trip.
