BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been hospitalised as her health deteriorates.
She was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of Evercare Hospital in the capital around 3:30 am on Friday.
Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of BNP's media cell, confirmed the information to the media on Saturday.
He said Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital as per the advice of the doctors.
