Two funeral prayers of slain lawyer Saiful Islam Alif were held in Chattogram on Wednesday morning.
The first namaz-e-janaza was held on the Chattogram court premises around 10:45 am and the second one was held on the Jamiatul Falah Mosque grounds in the port city.
The final funeral prayer of the lawyer will be held in Lohagara upazila before his burial.
The lawyer was killed during a clash after the denial of a bail plea submitted on behalf of former ISKCON leader Chinmoy Krishna Das Brahmachari on Tuesday.
