Martyrs of the movement to be declared national heroes: Nahid

Nahid Islam, a key coordinator of the Anti-discrimination Student Movement, announced that those who have been martyred in the quota reform and anti-government movement will be declared national heroes.

He made this statement during a live programme on Channel 24 on Monday evening.

"We will declare those who were martyred in our student-citizen uprising as national heroes. We dedicate this victory to those who participated in the movement and were injured," said Islam.

Other key coordinators of the Anti-discrimination Student Movement were also present during the announcement.
