Media collaborators will be held accountable for their role in July-August genocide: Nahid

Media outlets that collaborated with the fascist government in the July-August genocide will be held accountable, Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Nahid Islam Nahid Islam has said.

He made this remark while responding to journalists' questions at Saidpur Airport on his way to Rangpur at 9 am on Saturday.

Regarding the prosecution of media outlets that worked on behalf of the fascist government, the information adviser stated that several cases have already been filed, and a few individuals have been arrested.

Others who were involved will also be brought to justice based on the investigation, he said.
