Gas supply will be interrupted for nine hours in Dhaka’s Mugda-Basabo area on Friday for repairs to the lines.
Titas Gas announced the maintenance work in an urgent notice on Thursday, according to bdnews24.com.
The notice said the gas supply to the Mugda, Ahmedabagh, Kadamtala, Basabo, Buddha Mandir, Sabujbagh area will be turned off for nine hours from 9am to 6pm on Friday, Aug 2, for emergency replacement of the gas pipeline.
Titas also warned that nearby areas may experience lower than usual gas pressure due to the repairs.
