Police arrested a person named Kamruzzaman (30) on Monday for his alleged involvement in killing his wife at Bhatara in the capital.
The victim's mother filed a case. Later, a police team carried out a drive on Monday, and arrested Kamruzzaman from Sonamura under Bijoynagar in Brahmanbaria.
Kamruzzaman strangulated his wife following a quarrel during the night of July 4.
