Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader announced their names during the second session of the 7th National Congress of the ruling party's youth wing on Saturday at the Institute of Engineers' Auditorium in Dhaka, according to televisions.
Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash is the son of Jubo League's founder Sheikh Fazlul Haq Mani and Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil was the president of Jubo League's Dhaka north unit.
