Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is going to her home and constituency Tungipara in Gopalganj on a one-day visit on Friday May 19). She will leave Dhaka for Gopalganj at 7 am.
Prime Minister's Deputy Press Secretary MM Imrul Kayes disclosed the information on Thursday (May 9), according to a local news portal.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will distribute agricultural inputs to farmers in his constituency and sewing machines to distressed women, he said.
The Awami League President will also exchange views with leaders and activists at the party office and pay respects to the Father of the Nation in Tungipara at his grave.
She will return to Dhaka in the afternoon.
