Political leaders assure Chief Adviser of unity on independence, sovereignty

Leaders of all political parties have told Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus they reached a consensus on the country’s independence and sovereignty.

They also urged him to ensure swift elections following necessary reforms, said Asaduzzaman Fuad, Joint Secretary of the Amar Bangladesh Party (AB Party), while talking to reporters on Wednesday evening during a break in talks with Yunus.
