Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has sent food, fruits and juices to BNP leader Amanullah Aman, who is undergoing treatment at the National Heart Institute Hospital in the capital.
PM’s Assistant Private Secretary-2 Gazi Hafizur Rahman Liku visited Amanullah Aman at the hospital and handed over lunch, a bouquet of various seasonal fruits and juices sent by the PM to the BNP leader on Saturday, reports UNB.
Gazi Hafizur Rahman told Amanullah Aman that the prime minister inquired about his health and wished a speedy recovery.
He also said that if Amanullah Aman wants to go to any other hospital in the country for treatment, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will also make arrangements for that.
“BNP leader Amanullah accepted these gifts and thanked the prime minister for his humanity and political etiquette,” Gazi Hafizur Rahman added.
