Students stage demonstration inside secretariat, demand cancellation of HSC results

A group of students have staged a demonstration demanding the cancellation of the results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations of this year inside the secretariat.

Local news portals said the students were found staging a demonstration at the entrance of the sixth building that houses the education ministry around 3:00 pm on Wednesday.

A huge number of law enforcers were deployed during the demonstrations.
