MetLife Hong Kong has been honoured with three prestigious awards for leadership in using digital innovation and InsurTech integration to elevate customer experience, product solutions and marketing.
The three awards the organisation won at Insurance Asia Awards 2018 are:
- Digital Insurance Initiative of the Year - Hong Kong
- Insurance Initiative of the Year - Hong Kong
- Marketing Initiative of the Year - Hong Kong
Mr. Lee Wood, Chief Executive Officer of MetLife Hong Kong, said, "We are extremely proud and honoured that our efforts and achievements in product and service excellence has been recognised by the industry across the Asia-Pacific region.
The awards are a testament to MetLife Hong Kong's continuous efforts and commitment to creating greater value for their customers through leading digital innovation, he added.
Nominations from all across Asia-Pacific were reviewed by an esteemed panel of judges and experts to select the very best candidates for the awards, says a release.
