Virtual bootcamp for JU students

Forum of Entrepreneurship and Business, Jahangirnagar University (FEB-JU) brings an opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs, career enthusiasts and case competitors of the university, to learn from some of the bests who have excelled in their respective tracks. The JU society is set to arrange 'Sprint-to-Win Virtual Bootcamp' starting from June 03, open for the undergraduate students of JU.
Considering the overall grooming necessary for business students apart from academics, the event is designed to give students overviews of paths they may choose after graduation. President of FEB-JU Ashfaq Rahman said, "The pandemic has made many of us wonder more about other ideal prospects than academics. That leads us to Sprint-to-Win, an online event that focuses on the perks business students work on to be fit for the future."
The event will start with three online sessions on topics ranging from corporate grooming to entrepreneurship dos and don'ts to case solving. On June 03, Zaheen Mayesha Ahmed, global graduate at British American Tobacco, will share her journey of making it to one of the most prestigious multinational companies. On June 04, Mohammad Oli Ahad, the founder of Intelligent Machines, will share his entrepreneurial journey with the audiences. As for the last session, on June 05, Makhjarul Islam Prangon, manager at Singer Bangladesh, who has a remarkable track of business competition achievements, will share his insights and strategies that helped him in his undergraduate days.
Following the three sessions, participants will get the opportunity to showcase their learnings in a case competition. All the freshers completing the three sessions and participating in the case competition will receive gift hampers on behalf of FEB-JU. Furthermore, the top four performers of the bootcamp will receive special gift hampers from the event sponsors. The event is sponsored by EMK Center, with Tasty Tibet as snacks partner, Rokomari as operation partner and the Financial Express as print media partner.
