Domino’s Pizza outlets to open in Bangladesh

World famous Domino’s Pizza is set to enter Bangladesh through a joint venture of Golden Harvest Group and India’s Jubilant FoodWorks.

Jubilant FoodWorks will be the major shareholder owning 51 per cent of the franchise.

Bangladesh’s Golden Harvest will hold the remaining 49 per cent, bdnews24 reports citing Jubilant FoodWorks’ statement on its website on Tuesday.

Jubilant FoodWorks, which is a master franchise holder of American restaurant chain Domino's Pizza in India, has exclusive rights to develop and operate the brand in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal as well.

Domino's Pizza also offers sandwiches, pastas and chicken wing in its outlets across the world.

Golden Harvest is involved in processed food, commodities, dairy, IT, logistics, real estate and insurance.
