Jamuna Oil Company Limited (JOCL) held its 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday through a virtual platform.
M A Akmal Hossain Azad, Member (Senior Secretary) of the Physical Infrastructure Division of the Bangladesh Planning Commission and Chairman of the JOCL Board, presided over the AGM.
The AGM approved a 150 per cent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023-2024. The meeting also approved the audited financial statements and other agenda items.
JOCL Directors Kawsar Zahura, Md. Shamsul Alam Bhuiyan, Dr. Nurunnahar Chowdhury, ndc (Additional Secretary, Energy & Mineral Resources Division), Kabir Mahmud, Engineer Monzar Khorshed Alam, Saleh Ahmed Khasru, Managing Director Mustafa Kudrat-E-Elahi, and Company Secretary Md. Masudul Islam attended the meeting, among others, attended the meeting.
