The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on Thursday at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel.
During the AGM, the bank declared 10 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders and 6 per cent cash dividend for sponsors and directors for the year 2023, according to a press release.
Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting.
Among others Vice Chairman Mr. Golam Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Md. Motior Rahman, other directors, Ms. Bayzun Nahar Chowdhury, Mohammed Jahed Iqbal, Dr. Rahman and shareholders, Managing Director and CEO (CC) Mr. Md. Omar Faruk Khan and Company Secretary Mr. Md Rezaul Karim also attended the meeting.
Some directors and shareholders were present physically while others attended virtually.
