Rupali Insurance approves 10pc stock dividend

The 31st annual general meeting (AGM) of Rupali Insurance Company Limited was held at the Imperial Convention Centre in the city on Wednesday, says a statement.

Mostafa Golam Quddus, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. A large number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.

At the meeting, the shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent stock dividend for the year 2018 as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Directors Quazi Moniruzzaman, Abu Hena, Fazlutun Nessa, Mostafa Quamrus Sobhan, Aftab Ahmed, Tasnia Quamrun Anika, Shafia Sobhan Chowdhury, Mir Rashed Bin Aman and Sheikh Mohammed Danial along with Management & Financial Consultant M Azizul Huq, Chief Executive Officer PK Roy, Company Secretary ASM Rashed and other senior executives of the company were present at the meeting.
