44th meeting of board of directors of Standard Bank Securities Limited held

The 44th meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank Securities Limited was held on Saturday at Standard Bank Board Room, Head Office, Dhaka. 

Chairman Mr Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting, according to a press statement. 

The meeting was attended by the members of the board S A M Hossain, Ashok Kumar Saha, Md Zahedul Hoque, A K M Abdul Alim, Mohammad Mohon Miah, Md Abul Hossain, Bedowra Ahmed Salam, Tanveer Mostafa Chowdhury, Azad Ahmed, Mohammed Arif Chowdhury and Najmul Huq Chaudhury.

Md Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director and COO, Md Ali Reza FCMA, CIPA, Company Secretary (Acting) of Standard Bank PLC and Mohammed Anisuzzaman Chowdury, CEO (Acting) of Standard Bank Securities Ltd also attended the meeting.
