Amir Hossain becomes Rupali Bank GM

Mohammad Amir Hossain has recently been promoted to General Manager (GM) of Rupali Bank Limited. He was used to working as a Deputy General Manager of the bank prior to his promotion.

He has joined as the Head of Sylhet Divisional Office of Rupali Bank after the promotion, says a press release.

Mohammad Amir Hossain started his career as a probationary officer in Rupali Bank through Bankers’ Recruitment Committee (BRC) in 1998.

The experienced banker also worked in different branches of the bank. He also performed his duty as Zonal Manager in Tangail, Deputy General Manager in Barishal Divisional Office, Head of MIS and ICT departments of Rupali Bank head office.

He completed his SSC and HSC with first division from Dhanmondi High School and Dhaka City College respectively. He successfully completed his post graduation in Management from Dhaka City College. Later, he obtained MBA degree from Dhaka University. Besides, he successfully completed professional degree in Banking Diploma.
