Asia Pacific General Insurance holds 24th AGM

Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Limited recently held the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually. 

Aftab ul Islam, chairman of the company,  presided over the meeting, said a press release. 

The members of the Board of Directors Kashfi Kamal, Mr. Wahidul Haque Siddiqui, Moynul Haque Siddiqui, Gazi A.Z.M. Shamim, Md. Shahjahan Miah, Abdul Haque, Golam Kabir Chowdhury, Shah Md. Tawsif Wahid Anabil, Moshiur Rahman, Woahida Pervin Happy, Independent Director  M. Jalalul Hai,  Chief Executive Officer (C.C)  Md. Shariful Islam Chowdhury and the general shareholders of the company attended the meeting.

In the meeting, the board unanimously passed the annual accounts and approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders for the year 2023.
