Bikroy.com, the largest marketplace of Bangladesh has become the top of mind website for maximum people among all the buying-selling websites of Bangladesh, according to 'Online Brand Health: Market Research Report' conducted by Somra MBL Ltd.
Recently the survey has been conducted on 2,400 internet users for research purpose. Among them, 70 per cent were from Dhaka, 20 per cent from Chattogram and 10 per cent from Sylhet. The participants were from 18 to 40 years of age-group and all of them are regular internet users, said a statement.
According to the survey results,Bikroy has been on the top of mind of the people consecutively for three years. Among the international websites, Bikroy secures the fourth position with Facebook in first and Google and YouTube in second and third position respectively. After Facebook, Google and YouTube, Bikroy is not only the best choice for everyone but also is ahead of other local online sites of our country which are in the preferred list of the customers. Bikroy is the first choice of 69 per cent people among all the online sites. Since the beginning of its journey, Bikroy has been the top buying-selling online marketplace in Bangladesh.
Like the previous year, Bikroy.com holds the top position this year as well in the top of mind preference. It also holds the strong positions in different categories.Bikroy has built the supremacy in the market in case of buying-selling mobile phones. Among multiple categories of the online market, 75 per cent of the survey participants' first choice is mobile/tablets, 19 per cent is laptops, 10 per cent is cars, 6.0 per cent jobs and property category.
