bKash added to Janata Bank mobile app

Now customers of state-owned Janata Bank can send money without any charge to a bKash account through eJanata, a mobile app of the bank.

This facility was added to the mobile app recently, says a media release.

Besides, through eJanata, customers can withdraw money by only scanning a QR code (without a cheque book), send money to any bank account, and pay an installment for a loan, or DPS.

This app also allows a customer to see the balance of their accounts and mini statement, while sitting at home. The eJanata app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
