Crystal Insurance Company holds its 105th board meeting

The 105th meeting of the board of directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held at the company’s corporate office in the Purana Paltan area of Dhaka on Sunday.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), the chairman of the company, presided over the meeting held in the board room of the company’s corporate office at DR Tower in Purana Paltan, according to a press release.

Mr. A.H.M.  Mozammel Hoque, Mr. Abdullah Hasan, Mr. Md. Tajul Islam, Mrs. Farhana Danesh, Mrs. Soera Zahir, Mrs. Nabila Mahmud, Directors and Dr. M. Waliuzzaman, Mr. Kazi Nasim Uddin Ahmed, Mr. Md. Rashedur Rahman, Independent Directors, Mr. S M Shahidullah, Chief Executive Officer (C.C.), Mr. M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA, Additional Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Md. Radoan Hossain, Assistant Vice President & In-Charge (Internal Audit and Compliance) of the Company attended the meeting.
