DuPont Water Solutions hosted “DuPont Day”, a conference dedicated to exploring advanced water and wastewater solutions through collaboration.
The event took place at the Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel in Bangladesh on Thursday, according to a press release.
Shaikh Yusuf Harun, senior secretary and executive chairman of the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA), attended the event.
The conference featured an interactive session focusing on cutting-edge technologies, emerging trends, and collaborative strategies in the field of water and wastewater management.
Topics covered during the event include advanced treatment technologies, resource recovery, water reuse, and more.
The conference also highlighted DuPont’s latest advancements and contributions to the industry.
Chrys Fernandes, business head and director - India, DuPont Water Solutions, emphasised the importance of their efforts, stating, “We are igniting a technological revolution aimed at shaping a future characterised by clean and healthier water. This transformation involves the implementation of advanced technologies such as reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, and numerous other innovative solutions.”
Enamul Habib, CEO and managing director of Water Technology Bangladesh Ltd (WTBL) and authorised distributor of DuPont Water Solutions (UF, RO, MBR), shared his perspective, stating, “The Collaborative Approach highlights the significance of teamwork and cooperation in developing innovative solutions for water and wastewater challenges specially RO, UF and MBR.”
