FSIBL holds school banking conference in Moulvibazar

First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) held School Banking Conference-2023 in Moulvibazar district on Monday.

According to a press release, the FSIBL arranged the conference as a ‘Lead Bank of Financial Inclusion Programme in Educational Institutions through Lead Banking System under the instruction of Bangladesh Bank’.

The main objective of the conference was to let the students know about savings, creating savings mentality and growing up with a positive view of savings through school banking programme.

Mr. Nesar Ahmed, the Member of Parliament from Moulvibazar-3 constituency, was present as the chief guest at the conference. Mr.Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director of First Security Islami Bank Ltd., presided over the conference.

Mr. Saiful Islam, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank’s Sylhet office, was present as the guest of honour at the conference. Moreover, all other representatives of every banks of Moulvibazar district were also present at the conference.
