A delegation of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) met Md Abdur Rahman Khan FCMA, secretary, the Financial Institutions Division (FID), Ministry of Finance and Dr Hafiz Ahmed Chowdhury, secretary (Routine charge), Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs on Sunday.
The delegation, led by ICMAB President Prof Dr Md Salim Uddin FCMA, held separate discussions at their offices and discussed matters relating to professional interests, says a media release.
The secretaries appreciated the initiative of ICMAB and agreed to work together for the betterment of respective organisations and for the country.
Among others, Vice-President Md Akhtaruzzaman FCMA, Secretary Mr SM Zahir Uddin Haider FCMA, Treasurer Mr Abdul Matin Patwary FCMA, past president Mr Mohammed Salim FCMA, council member Mr Mohammed Jahangir Alam FCMA, and Executive Director of ICMAB Md Mahbub- Ul- Alam FCMA were present.
