Ispahani, the country's leading business organisation, as part of its social responsibility, donated Tk 10 million (1 crore) to Chittagong Heart Foundation, one of the most significant hospitals in Chittagong.
Mr Ali Ispahani, Director of Ispahani Group, handed over the donation cheque to Dr Ahmed Kaykaus, Chairman of Heart Foundation, in a ceremony at Chittagong Heart Foundation on Tuesday, according to a media release.
General Manager of Ispahani Tea Limited Mr Shah Moinuddin Hasan, President of Chittagong Heart Foundation Mr MA Salam, Secretary General Prof Prabir Kumar Das and other officials were also present in the programme.
