Tareq Rafi Bhuiyan (Jun) and Maria Howlader have been elected as President and Secretary General of the Japan-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, respectively, for the 2024-2026 term.
Hiroaki Oura and Md. Anwar Shahid became Vice President, while Yuji Ando became Joint Secretary General of the chamber in an election held recently.
Kenji Kimura was elected as Treasurer and Md Jahangir Alam Sharker as Joint Treasurer.
Manabu Sugawara, Mohammed Sohel, Md Shariful Alam, Nayeemur Rahman, Saori Fujimoto, AKM Ahmedul Islam BABU, Hiroshi Uegaki, Rabiul Alam and Atsushi Hirakuri were elected as directors.
Asif A Chowdhury was elected as advisor to the board.
