Meghna Bank holds 177th board meeting

The 177th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank PLC was recently held at its Head Office in Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Mr Tanveer Ahmed, Vice Chairman of Meghna Bank PLC, presided over the meeting, according to a press release Wednesday.

Mr Md Mahamudul Alam, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee; Mr Md Ahsan Ullah, Chairman of the Audit Committee; Mr Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director and CEO of Meghna Bank; and other directors of the bank were present at the meeting.

The board approved ongoing business performance reports, activities, and various credit proposals during the meeting.
