Midland Bank holds prize giving ceremony of ‘Feedback & Win’ programme

Midland Bank PLC introduced Online Customer Service Feedback Survey Programme, which will be held on quarterly basis, titled ‘Feedback & Win’. The results of the feedback are being used to improve the service standard and products of the Bank.
A prize-giving ceremony for the June quarter winners of the programme was held on Monday at the board room of the bank’s head office in the Gulshan area of Dhaka.
Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, managing director and CEO of the bank, along with Deputy Managing Director Md. Zahid Hossain, handed over the prizes among first, second and third prize winners of the programme, as chief guest.
Earlier, lottery draw programme of the June Quarter Survey was held in Gulshan Branch of the bank on July 10, 2024 at 11 am in presence of customers, three of whom kindly agreed to pick the winning lottery tickets to select first, second and third prize winners.
The event was recorded for audit purposes and the winners names were announced and congratulated.
As per terms of the Feedback & Win Online Customer Service Survey Programme, a total 12,855 customers were selected randomly whose feedback was sought to assess the bank’s service standard and product quality.
Of them, 441 customers’ responded in the survey. All of them were included in the lottery to win prizes for taking the time to provide their feedback.
