Midland Bank PLC (MDB) inaugurated its Kotiadi Branch in Kishoreganj district on Thursday.
The branch is located at Shahidullah Bhaban, Holding No. 1255, Road name: C & B Road, Ward No. 03, in Kotiadi.
Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, inaugurated the branch as chief guest along with the Head of the Retail Distribution Division Md. Rashed Akter, Branch Manager of Kotiadi branch Md. Abdul Malak, customers and other local businessmen and elites.
Government and non-government officials of different organisations, businessmen, journalists, and a number of local elites were present in the programme and expressed good wishes for the bank, according to a press release.
The head of the general services division, area head, and cluster heads of the bank were present during the inaugural ceremony.
The MD & CEO, in his speech, gave thanks to the audience in the programme and requested them to establish a relationship with the bank through opening an account.
He instructed branch officials to provide the best services to the customers and requested them to use ‘Midland Online’, the free internet banking application of the bank, to enjoy safe, secure, and modern banking services from anywhere, anytime.
At the beginning of the ceremony, a ‘doa’ was held to seek the divine blessings of almighty Allah for the welfare, progress, and prosperity of both the bank and the country.
