Midland Bank, K-One Limited sign MoU 

Midland Bank (MDB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with K-ONE Limited at the corporate head office of the bank at Gulshan 2 last month.

Under the MoU, K-ONE Limited will use the online cash management solution of the MDB “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” application for conducting their daily business banking and cash management activities, nationwide.

K-ONE Limited is a Hong Kong-based, 100 per cent export-oriented fashion handbag and leather goods manufacturer, specialising in manufacturing ladies bags made of high-quality PU and PVC. 

Md. Ahsan-uz Zaman, MD & CEO of Midland Bank, Mr. Mohammad Javed Tarek Khan, head of Institutional Banking Division of MDB and Mr. Gee Shing Chi Roger, director, K-ONE Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations.

Prashanta Kumar Saha, head of Corporate Liability Management Unit of Midland Bank was also present along with other executives and officers of both organisations.
