The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Phoenix Finance & Investments Limited was held on December 12, 2024, through a hybrid system.
Mr. Mohammed Mohsin, the Chairman of the company presided over the meeting attended by a large number of shareholders, according to a media release.
Barrister Rashna Imam and Brig. Gen. (retd.) Mahbub Ahmed Zakaria, Independent Directors and Mr. Mohammad Sayduzzaman, FCA, FCS, Managing Director (Current Charge), Mr. Sabbirul Haque Chowdhury, ACS Company Secretary along with other Executives of the company also attended the AGM.
The shareholders attending the meeting unanimously approved all the agenda and expressed optimism with the performance of the company.
