The 319th Board Meeting of Pragati Insurance Limited was held on Tuesday (October 31), at its head office in Dhaka.
Syed M. Altaf Hussain, chairman of the company, presiding over the meeting, says a media release.
Directors Nasir Latif, Tajwar Muhammed Awal, Syed Muhammad Jan, Independent Director Mahbub Anam, and Md. Rezaul Karim (Advisor) joined the function.
Syed Sehab Ullah Al-Manjur, ACII, CEO;, Amar Krishna Shill, CFO; Major (Rtd) Sadat Md. Musa, AMD (Admin), and Syed Anisul Hoque, the company secretary, also attended the event.
The directors-- M.A. Awwal, Md. Syedur Rahman, M.A. Malek, N.J. Chowdhury, Md. Mushfiqur Rahman, and M. Jamaluddin also participated in the meeting virtually.
