The 36th Annual General Meeting of Rupali Insurance Company Limited was held through the virtual platform on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024, 11:00 AM at Rupali Bima Bhaban, 7, RAJUK Avenue, Dhaka-1000.
The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the company, Mr Mostafa Golam Quddus with the participation of Directors Mr Quazi Moniruzzaman, Mrs Fazlutun Nessa, Mr M Jinnat Ali Mian, Mr Abu Hena and Mr Shaon Ahmed, according to a media release.
The Advisor Mr P K Roy, FCA, FCS, and the Chief Executive Officer (C C) Ms Fauzia Quamrun Tania along with the Senior Executives were also present at the AGM.
