Sangeeta Kaushik new MD of Bangladesh-India Friendship Power Company

Engineer Sangeeta Kaushik on Wednesday (January 31) joined Bangladesh-India Friendship Power Company (Pvt) Limited (BIFPCL) as its new managing director, says a media release.
Prior to joining this position, she was serving as executive director (Business Development, International Business Development and Consultancy) at NTPC Limited, India.
Born in 1966 in India, Sangeeta graduated in the electrical stream from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
She joined NTPC in 1986 as an engineer trainee. She has enriched herself with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from MDI Gurgaon, India.
Sangeeta served in NTPC’s various functions including International Business Development (IBD) and held various positions including her recent position as Executive Director (Business Development, International Business Development & Consultancy).
