Senior Secretary to the government Shaikh Yusuf Harun has joined Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) as its executive chairman.
He has been appointed to the post for the next three years as per a memorandum of the Ministry of Public Administration, said a BEZA statement issued Wednesday.
Before he was appointed executive chairman of BEZA, he served as secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration and was later promoted to the position of senior secretary, the statement added.
