Sheltech, a leading real estate company in Bangladesh, has officially expanded its operations to Chattogram. Established in 1988, the company has recently inaugurated its new office in South Khulshi as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the port city, according to a press release Tuesday.
The expansion comes under the leadership of Managing Director Tanvir Ahmed, with a dedicated team set to oversee operations and project development in the region.
Sheltech has already secured two residential projects in Chattogram—Sheltech Saber Maryam Square in Panchlaish and Sheltech Hill View in South Khulshi. These developments mark the company's entry into Chattogram’s real estate market, with a focus on delivering quality construction and modern living standards.
To date, Sheltech has completed over 170 projects and handed over more than 4,100 apartments across Bangladesh. The company is now looking to offer similar standards of service and construction in Chattogram.
