Sonali Bank holds workshop on Citizen’s Charter

Sonali Bank PLC organised a training workshop on the implementation of the action plan of the citizen’s charter at the head office conference room on Wednesday.

Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Md. Afzal Karim attended the workshop as chief guest while Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division of the Ministry of Finance Badre Munir Firdaus as a special guest, according to a press release.

Deputy Managing Director Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam presided over the programme.

Among the others, deputy managing directors, heads of all general managers’ offices, principal offices, corporate branches and all branches across the country also took part in the workshop.
