Standard Bank inks deal with ERA Infotech Ltd

Shari`ah-based Standard Bank PLC signed an agreement with the country's IT company ERA Infotech Limited to implement Human Resource Information System `People Hub’.

Mohammad Mohon Miah, Managing Director & CEO (Current Charge) of Standard Bank, and Muhammad Abdul Mabud, CEO of ERA Infotech signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations during a ceremony at the bank’s head office on Thursday, according to a press release.

With ‘People Hub’, Standard Bank will be able to more efficiently manage all information of employees including performance appraisal.

Md Siddiqur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & COO; Sufi Tofail Ahamed, EVP & CITO; Masud Hasan, VP & Head of HRD of Standard Bank; Tawhidul Hoque, CTO of ERA Infotech and senior officials of both organisations were present on the occasion.
