Training on 'Development of Leadership Qualities of Branch Management' at Agrani Bank

A five-day training program titled 'Development of Leadership Qualities of Branch Management' has commenced at the Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI).
The training course was inaugurated on Saturday, September 15, 2024, by the CEO of Agrani Bank PLC, Md. Murshedul Kabir, as the chief guest, according to a press release.
The event was presided over by ABTI Director and Deputy General Manager Md. Rezaul Karim, with General Manager (Administration) Md. Aminul Haque attending as a special guest.
A total of 49 officers from various branches of Agrani Bank are participating in this training programme.
During his speech, the chief guest, Md. Murshedul Kabir, emphasized the importance of honesty, dedication, and ethics in developing effective leadership.
He also provided guidance on inspiring others by setting an exemplary personality in the branch, the release adds.
